Invoices are considered accepted once payment is submitted.

Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Hollywoodsy Studio depending on project status, completed work, and circumstances.

Refunds are not provided for completed strategy, consulting, design work, SEO work, or delivered digital assets.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

Required content, images, and approvals in a timely manner
Access to necessary platforms, domains, hosting, or third-party accounts when needed
Timely feedback during revision periods

Delays in communication, approvals, or content delivery may affect project timelines.

Hollywoodsy Studio is not responsible for project delays caused by missing client materials or delayed responses.

Intellectual Property

Final approved and fully paid deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise stated.

Hollywoodsy Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and professional examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unpaid work, drafts, concepts, or incomplete deliverables remain the intellectual property of Hollywoodsy Studio.

Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

Google products
domain providers
email platforms
payment processors
scheduling tools
plugins and external software

Hollywoodsy Studio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, platform policy changes, third-party errors, account suspensions, or limitations caused by these providers.

Third-party subscription fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

While best practices are applied for SEO and website optimization, Hollywoodsy Studio does not guarantee:

lead generation outcomes
exact traffic increases
sales performance
platform approval from third-party services

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Services
