REFUND POLICY

Hollywoodsy Studio, owned and operated by Hollywoodsy Inc., provides creative digital services including website design, SEO, branding, consulting, and related business support.

Because our work involves time, strategy, design, and custom digital services, our refund policy is outlined below.

Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of custom digital services, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website design and development

• SEO services

• Branding and creative strategy

• Consulting sessions

• Content creation

• Marketing support

• Technical setup and troubleshooting

• Digital deliverables already completed or delivered

Once work has been completed, reviewed, approved, or delivered, refunds are typically not issued.

Deposits

Project deposits secure scheduling, planning, and project initiation.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve project time and cover onboarding, strategy, and preparation work.

If You Are Unhappy With Services

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unhappy with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly so we have the opportunity to review the issue and make it right whenever reasonably possible.

This may include:

• Clarifying expectations

• Reviewing the agreed project scope

• Providing reasonable revisions within scope

• Discussing fair solutions based on the project stage

We believe communication should always come first before assuming a refund is the only solution.

Partial Refunds

In limited situations, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Hollywoodsy Studio depending on:

• Project status

• Work already completed

• Time invested

• Deliverables already provided

• Client communication history

• Scope originally agreed upon

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Hollywoodsy Studio directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly whenever possible.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed work may result in suspension of services and formal dispute documentation.
